Service Description

Be sure to book the sleek ponytail with shampoo if needed. If not, you must arrive blown to for this appointment, ready to be straightened. Typically two bundles are needed for a sleek ponytail; for best results, please use virgin bundle hair. You also have the option to purchase the bundles on the website and select in-store pick-up, and they will be held for your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. To keep your deposit, reschedule instead of canceling. If you cancel your appointment, that cancels your deposit being applied to your service. If you need assistance rescheduling, please get in contact. You have up to two times to reschedule with the same deposit. You must reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
