  • Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
    No, only who is being serviced is allowed in. There is an exception for a minor who may be accompanied by an adult.
  • Can I bring my own products to my appointment?
    You won’t need to bring any products to your appointment. Outside products are not allowed unless it is a prescribed product from a doctor. If you are allergic to any product such as ammonia and you are getting a coloring service please get in contact before your appointment.
  • Can I come early to my appointment?
    No, please only arrive early if you were contacted to do so.
  • If I cancel my appointment will I get my deposit back?
    No, deposits are non-refundable. To keep your deposit it is recommended to reschedule your appointment no less than 24 hours of your appointment time.
  • If I reschedule my appointment less than 24 hours of my appointment time, would my deposit still apply?"
    No, because your appointment is being rescheduled less than 24 hours of your appointment time, you’ll have to reschedule with a new deposit.
  • How many times do I have to reschedule my appointment with the same deposit?
    You have up to two times to reschedule with the same appointment. At the 3rd time of rescheduling, you will need a new deposit to reschedule that appointment.
  • How do I reschedule my appointment?
    Via web: Log into your account that the appointment is booked with? Select your account profile (using the 3 bars) Scroll down to “My Booking” Under “Upcoming” you’ll be able to edit your appointment as necessary. Currently at the moment appointments can only be rescheduled via the web and not through the app.
  • How much are squeeze ins and how do I request a squeeze-in appointment?
    Squeeze-in appointments are $115. You can request this appointment through the chatbox via The Pink Room app, or via email
  • How do I get a Sunday or Monday appointment, and how much are they?
    Sunday/Monday appointments are $200. You can request this appointment through the chatbox via The Pink Room app, or via email

    Yes, any hair texture can get this service.
  • Can I bring my own hair for my microlink/iTip install?
    No, to ensure you get the best out of your install, you can only use The Pink Room iTip extensions. No outside extensions will be accepted.
  • How many bundles will I need?
    For a hybrid install, you will only need 1 bundle. For a full head install you will need 2 bundles
  • What is a hybrid install?
    A hybrid install is about 3 to 4 rows of iTips giving fullness to the natural hair. Only 1 bundle is needed for this service.
  • Do I have to bring my lace prior to my appointment?
    You do not have to bring your lace before your appointment.
  • Can I bring lace that has been cut?
    No, you only can bring new lace in. You can not bring in lace that has been cut or customized by someone else.
  • What is the best lace to use?
    For best results, it’s recommended to purchase Transparent or HD lace. HD is sold in-store
  • Do I need to bring my own cap or foundation?
    No, it is not necessary to do so.
  • Is this a great service for any type of hair?
    Yes, any hair texture can get this service.
  • How many packs do I need?
    If you are looking to do a full head you will need 2 packs. If you are looking to just add fullness to your natural hair, then just 1 pack is needed.
  • Can I get custom color tape-ins?
    Yes, if you are requesting a color that is not currently being sold please get in contact via The Pink Room app.
  • How long does this install last?
    This install will last 4-6 weeks before you need a refusion.
  • Do I need to shampoo my hair before my tape-in install?
    A shampoo, conditioner and blowout is included in this service. You are welcome to shampoo your hair yourself before your appointment if you prefer.
