POLICY​​

​

• All clients must pay a 50% deposit when booking. Deposits are non-refundable. If you reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice before your appointment, we will no longer apply your deposit.

• There is a 15-minute grace period. The system automatically cancels your appointment if you do not show up within your grace period. We will not be able to apply your deposit after this.

​

• Book every service that's needed. You cannot add on services at your appointment. If you need to make changes or add-ons, contact us promptly via our chat box on the website or in the The Pink Room app.

• Please arrive on your own to maintain a comfortable environment.

​

• The booking calendar opens on the 19th of each month at 8:00 p.m.

​

• Monday appointments require a $200 booking fee. Please message our chat book for Monday appointments.
