POLICY​​

• All clients must pay a 50% deposit upfront while booking. Deposits are non-refundable. If you reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will no longer be applied.

• There is a 15-minute grace period. The system automatically cancels your appointment if you do not show up within your grace period. We will not be able to apply your deposit after this.

​

• Book every service that's needed. You cannot add on services at your appointment. If you need to make any changes or add-ons, don't hesitate to contact us promptly using our chat box via the website or The Pink Room app.

• We ask that you arrive by yourself to maintain a comfortable environment.

​

• The booking calendar opens on the 19th of each month at 8:00 p.m.

​

• Sunday and Monday appointments require a $200 booking fee. Please message our chat book for Sunday and Monday appointments.
