PLEASE READ POLICY BEFORE BOOKING

We appreciate your interest in getting services from The Pink Room. To ensure things run smoothly, you must read and apply our policy. If you have any questions, please reach out!

POLICY​​

​

  • All clients must pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable. If you reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice before your appointment, your deposit will no longer be applied.

​

  • There is a 15-minute grace period. The system automatically cancels your appointment if you do not show up within your grace period. We will not be able to apply your deposit after this.

​

  • Book every service that's needed. You cannot add on services at your appointment. If you need to make any changes or add-ons, don't hesitate to contact us promptly via our chat box on the website or in the The Pink Room app.

  • We ask that you arrive on your own to maintain a comfortable environment.

​

  • The booking calendar opens on the 19th of each month at 8:00 p.m.

​

  • Monday and Tuesday appointments require a $200 booking fee. Please message our chat book for Monday and Tuesday appointments.
