Service Description

VIRTUAL CONSULTATION -Please note that the fee paid towards a virtual consultation are not credited to the future service. The consultation is crucial to ensuring a successful luxury hair service. What you can expect at your consultation: We will discuss your hair history, including any chemical treatments or hair coloring you may have had. You may be asked questions about your health, current hair care routine, and products you usually use on your natural hair. During a virtual consultation, the professional cannot physically examine the client's hair and scalp, looking for any signs of damage or issues such as dryness, dandruff, or hair loss; because of this, it's vital to provide clear pictures and make awareness of any thinning or hair loss. You will receive your picture upload link before your appointment. Based on the information gathered during the consultation, the professional will make recommendations for hair treatments or services that would be suitable. If you are approved, you will be able to book your installation. Consultations are valid for 45 days. The client must book another consultation if the installation appointment is not booked within 45 days of the consultation date.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. To keep your deposit, reschedule instead of canceling. If you cancel your appointment, that cancels your deposit being applied to your service. If you need assistance rescheduling, please get in contact. You have up to two times to reschedule with the same deposit. You must reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
